Cape Philippines Wins Another Bay-Undan Offshore Contract
Cape's Philippines operations have been awarded another multi-discipline service contract in the Timor Sea. Cape will provide services on the accommodation vessel supporting the ConocoPhillips facility's major refurbishment project. The contract, awarded by BURJ LLC (a subsidiary of Millennium Offshore Services Management Company F.Z.E), encompasses a range of specialist services including electrical services, pre mobilisation preparations, HSE Officers, rig mechanics and helideck landing operations.
Mike Harding, Director of Offshore Operations Asia Pacific Rim, of Cape, commented:
"Cape has a long history on the Bayu-Undan offshore assets supporting maintenance, campaigns and shutdown scopes. This contract is Cape's first awarded from this client and we regard it as an important opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities for a new partner as we look to establish a long-term relationship. We look forward to working closely with Millennium Offshore Services on this project and supporting them in delivering the project on time and safely."
