Jacobs to Support Refinery Operations for Total

A Jacobs Engineering Group subsidiary company received a contract from Total UK Ltd to provide basic engineering services for the Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) portion of a new distillate hydrotreater (HDS) complex at Total's Lindsey Oil Refinery (LOR) in North East Lincolnshire, United Kingdom.

Jacobs is executing the work at the Total LOR site with support from their office in Manchester, United Kingdom.

In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Phil Stassi stated, "We are delighted to be extending our relationship with Total through the award of these engineering services. The cooperative execution of the two portions of the HDS 3 project at the Lindsey Oil Refinery: OSBL by a team from our Manchester office in the United Kingdom, and the previously awarded Inside Battery Limits (ISBL) by our Netherlands operations, will provide the most effective solution for Total."
