Jacobs Receives Engineering Services Agreement From DuPont

A Jacobs Engineering Group subsidiary company has received a contract from DuPont de Nemours Deutschland GmbH (DuPont) to provide engineering, procurement, and construction management services (EPCM) under an Engineering Services Agreement (ESA) for DuPont's operations in Germany and Luxembourg.

Under the three-year ESA, Jacobs will execute projects at DuPont's manufacturing facilities. The total installed cost is limited to euro 5 million for any project.

Jacobs will provide EPCM services at various project sites supported by its regional office in Cologne, Germany.

In making the announcement, Jacobs Group Vice President Andy Kremer stated, "We are very excited to receive this long-term services contract from DuPont. It marks the beginning of a rewarding new relationship for both of us. Jacobs is committed to delivering the highest levels of service and value to help DuPont maintain its market-leader position."
