Jacobs Receives Framework Contracts From Eni
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
has received three framework contracts from Eni S.p.A. (Eni) to provide multidisciplinary, front-end engineering services to three of Eni's operating units: Refining and Marketing, Exploration and Production, and Polimeri Europa.
Officials did not disclose the contract values, yet noted that each has a 3-year duration.
Eni is a major integrated energy company operating in the oil and gas, electricity generation and sale, petrochemicals, and oilfield services construction and engineering industries. The company is active in 70 countries and has a staff of about 76,000 employees.
Jacobs will develop extended basic design packages and cost estimates for some Eni projects and will execute the work from its office in Milan, Italy.
