Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. (NYSE: JEC) announced that it received a contract from Corus Staal BV (Corus) to provide basic engineering services to support Corus' new "TRUST" investment in a 525 MWe cogeneration plant in IJmuiden, The Netherlands. Corus, a subsidiary of Tata Steel, one of the world's top ten steel producers, is Europe's second largest steel producer with main operations in the United Kingdom and The Netherlands.

Work will be executed by Jacobs' staff in Leiden, The Netherlands.
