Subsea Umbilical Frame Agreement to Aker Solutions

Aker Solutions signs frame agreement with Shell Norway and Shell U.K. Limited for the supply of subsea umbilicals. Steel tube umbilicals for Shell's projects will be manufactured at Aker Solutions' purpose-built facility in Moss, Norway. Engineering and project management will be run from Oslo, Norway.

Santos and Petronas announce appointment of Bechtel as Front End Engineering Design (FEED) contractor for downstream components of Gladstone LNG™ (GLNG™). The GLNG™ project involves the construction of an initial nominal 3.5 million tonne per annum LNG liquefaction plant utilising the ConocoPhillips Optimized Cascade™ Process on Curtis Island in Gladstone Harbour, with gas supply from Santos/Petronas coal seam gas fields in South East Queensland.

Expro Awarded Contract Extension in Giant Karachaganak Field

Expro awarded three-year contract extension from Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO) to continue well testing services on the Karachaganak field in western Kazakhstan, one of the world's largest oil and gas condensate fields.
