Jacobs Engineering Group awarded 1-year contract extension by the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) to provide system-wide wastewater planning services. Jacobs' services include engineering analysis of proposed improvements based on compliance with environmental regulatory requirements, future growth, system efficiency, required expansion, and project priority.  |
| M&M Contract for Tjeldbergodden Complex Awarded by Statoil | 01/09/2005 |
Contract worth some NOK 150 million, excluding options, for maintenance and modification work at the Tjeldbergodden complex awarded by Statoil to Norway's Reinertsen group. Covering the plants operated by Statoil at the mid-Norwegian site, this assignment comes into force on 1 November and will run over five years with options for three two-year extensions.  |

Stolt Offshore awarded contract for Moho-Bilondo deepwater field development offshore Congo. Contract is for the EPS and installation of umbilicals and flowlines. Scope of work will include installation and pre-commissioning of approximately 88 kilometres of flowlines and oil and gas export pipelines, as well as including 18 kilometres of flexible flowlines, and a well control umbilical, in water depths of up to 800 metres.  |

Yemen LNG (YLNG) Company Ltd. award KBR and its joint venture partners, Technip of France and JGC Corporation of Japan, lump-sum turnkey contract valued at more than $2 billion to provide engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and operations services for the country's first liquefied natural gas plant.  |

Technip awarded EPCM services contract by Innovene Manufacturing France SAS to implement the Clean Fuels Project in the Innovene Refinery located in Lavéra, France. Project scope includes new jet sweetening unit, revamping of two existing hydro-desulfurization units and some associated utilities and offsites.  |

Joint venture comprising JGC Corporation, Technip of France, Technip of Malaysia and Técnicas Reunidas of Spain awarded additional EPC contract by Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation (PetroVietnam) for offsite facilities of Dung Quat Refinery, the original contract for which was awarded to the joint venture in May of this year.  |

Wood Group Power Operations awarded 10 year gas turbine operations and maintenance contract by the Sacramento Municipal Utility District Financing Authority. Contract involves the provision of full care, custody and control O&M services, including mobilization, start up support and O&M services, for two General Electric Frame 7FA advanced technology gas turbines at the 500MW combined cycle Cosumnes Power Plant ("CPP") Phase I.  |
| Jacobs Receives Crude Unit Revamp Contract | 14/09/2005 |
Jacobs Engineering Group is providing front-end engineering for Flint Hills Resources' proposed crude unit revamp project in Rosemount, Minn., USA. Project aims to increase the unit's capacity to process heavy crude, providing greater operational flexibility for the refinery while improving overall economics.  |
| CB&I Wins Petrochemical Storage Project in Saudi Arabia | 14/09/2005 |
CB&I awarded lump-sum turnkey contract to design and build storage tanks and pressure vessels for a petrochemical project in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. CB&I's contract is with Eastern Petrochemical Company (SHARQ), an affiliate of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).  |
| AMEC Selected to Deliver Ontario's First Diamond Mine | 15/09/2005 |
AMEC awarded a Cdn $65 million engineering, procurement and construction management contract for the Victor Diamond Mine in Northern Ontario, Canada. The project will provide sustainable, long-term employment for First Nation communities and other communities in northern Ontario, approximately 600 workers during construction and 400 employees during production.  |
| AMEC-Colt JV Awarded Next Stage of Athabasca Oil Sands Mine Expansion Project | 15/09/2005 |
AMEC and joint venture partner Colt Engineering Corporation awarded the Front End Design Stage 3 engineering studies for the Athabasca Oil Sands Project Upstream Expansion. Stage 3 front end design for Athabasca Oil Sands Project Upstream Expansion started in late June 2005, and is scheduled for completion in April 2006, with a peak of over 200 engineers, designers and project services staff located in the Calgary office.  |
| Technip Awarded Spar Platform Contract for Tahiti Field | 19/09/2005 |
Technip awarded EPC contract by Chevron for delivery of the Spar hull and mooring systems for deepwater Tahiti Field Development Project. Chevron also awarded Technip contract for fabrication of topsides modules. Detailed hull and moorings design, procurement and fabrication will be carried out by Technip's yard in Pori (Finland). Fabrication of topsides by Gulf Marine Fabricators, the Group's yard located near Corpus Christi (Texas), scheduled to begin in Q4 2005.  |

Hydro on Gazprom's list of possible future participants in development of Shtokman gas field. The Russian state-owned gas company Gazprom released a list of companies who will negotiate for participation in the development of the Shtokman gas condensate field in the Russian sector of the Barents Sea.  |
| Statoil in Shtokman Gas Field Development Discussions | 20/09/2005 |
Russian oil and gas company Gazprom has said Statoil is one of the companies with which Gazprom wants to negotiate on participation in developing the Shtokman gas field in the Barents Sea. A number of international companies submitted development proposals for the Shtokman field to Gazprom during the spring.  |

J. Ray McDermott awarded $77 million contract by Woodside Energy Ltd., operator of the North West Shelf Venture's (the "Venture") Phase V LNG Expansion project in Australia. J. Ray will undertake construction engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly and erection of 75 pre-assembled module and pipe rack units totaling nearly 22,000 short tons.  |
| Qatar Petroleum and Mitsui Sign HOA for Qatargas 3 Project | 21/09/2005 |
Qatar Petroleum (QP) sign Heads of Agreement (HOA) in Doha, Qatar for Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Mitsui)'s participation in the Qatargas 3 project located in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. The HOA sets out principles for Mitsui to acquire a 1.5% equity participating interest in Qatargas 3 subject to certain conditions.  |

Foster Wheeler's Italian subsidiary Foster Wheeler Italiana S.p.A. awarded project management consultancy contract by Societe Anonyme Marocaine de l'Industrie de Raffinage (SAMIR) for major upgrade and expansion of its Mohammedia Refinery, located near Casablanca, Morocco.  |
| Yemen LNG Company Award Air Products Contract | 21/09/2005 |
Air Products receives order for two main cryogenic heat exchangers from Yemen LNG Company Ltd. for two liquefied natural gas process trains to be built in Bal-Haf, Republic of Yemen. The two heat exchangers will be part of Yemen's first-ever LNG plant.  |

Qatar Shell GTL execute a letter of intent to award a project management contract for the Pearl Gas to Liquids (GTL) project in Ras Laffan, Qatar, to a joint venture between JGC and KBR.  |
| Fluor To Train and Employ Displaced Hurricane Victims | 27/09/2005 |
In an effort to support the economic recovery of Hurricane Katrina victims and accelerate the rebuilding process in the region, Fluor is to set up several craft training centers and fund the training of the first 1,000 citizens whose homes and/or jobs were lost by the catastrophic storm.  |

Technip signs contract with Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (3) ("RasGas (3)") for EPC of RasGas Onshore Expansion Project Trains 6 & 7 for two of the world's largest LNG trains. Contract will be executed by a joint venture of Technip and Chiyoda.  |
| AMEC Partnership Wins Yemen Pipeline Contract | 27/09/2005 |
AMEC wins gas pipeline engineering, procurement and construction contract in Yemen with its partner Hawk International. The two-year contract, worth more than $200 million, (AMEC's share 55%) has been awarded to AMEC SPIE Capag by Yemen LNG company, a subsidiary of TOTAL.  |

| BP Confirms Plans for Second Zhuhai PTA Plant | 28/09/2005 |
BP plan second world-scale PTA (purified terephthalic acid) plant at their BP Zhuhai Chemical Company Limited (BP Zhuhai) site in Guangdong Province, China. Subject to final approval from the Chinese Government, the plant is expected to come on stream at the end of 2007 to meet PTA demand growth in China.  |

Wood Group Heavy Industrial Turbines (WGHIT) awarded long term contract by Thüringer Energie AG (TEAG), part of the E.ON group, to provide maintenance services for three General Electric 6541B gas turbines and associated generators and auxiliaries, plus two steam turbine generators, at the Jena cogeneration plant in Thuringia, Germany.  |

Fluor selected by Kentucky Utilities Company to install new air emissions control equipment at two of the utility's power plants. Fluor will provide engineering, procurement and construction services for installation of four new flue gas desulfurization ("FGD") systems at KU's Ghent and E.W. Brown plants in northern and central Kentucky.  |

Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines Ltd awarded gas turbine service contract by Surgutneftegas. The $2 million contract covers inspection, service and supply of spare parts for three Siemens Tornado gas turbines operated in the Tyanskoe Oil Field in the Tymen region of Western Siberia.  |

Foster Wheeler Ltd's Global Power Group awarded contract by Laurentian Energy Authority for design and supply of two biomass-fired grate boilers, each capable of producing 135,000 pounds per hour of steam. Laurentian Energy Authority is a joint venture between two local utilities.  |

Chevron Corporation said its Bayou Casotte Energy LLC subsidiary has filed an application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to own, construct and operate a natural gas import terminal (Casotte Landing) in Jackson County, Miss., United States.  |

Fluor-led joint venture known as North Caspian Constructors (NCC) awarded onshore construction of Kashagan Experimental Program facilities by Agip KCO, a company wholly owned by Eni through Agip Caspian Sea B.V., the single Operator of the appraisal and development operations in the Kazakhstan sector of the North Caspian Sea.  |

Foster Wheeler's Global Power Group awarded contract for two package boilers by BASF FINA Petrochemicals Limited Partnership (BFLP). Foster Wheeler will supply two custom-designed, shop-assembled package boilers, each capable of producing 250,000 pounds per hour of high pressure, high temperature steam for BFLP's petrochemicals facility in Port Arthur, Texas.  |
| ExxonMobil Chemical to Expand Baton Rouge IPA Plant | 19/10/2005 |
ExxonMobil Chemical to increase production capacity of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) at its Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA plant. The last upgrade of this plant was completed in 2003. The project, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2006, will increase the nameplate capacity of the world's largest IPA plant to 380 kt/year.  |

CB&I awarded US$45 million contract by major U.S. refiner to design and build an amine regeneration unit to assist in sulfur removal at one of the customer's U.S. refineries. Work scope includes engineering, procurement and modular fabrication of an amine regeneration unit consisting of two sections with a combined design capacity of approximately 1,800 gallons per minute of amine regeneration capability.  |
| Clough AMEC Signs Long Term Services Contract With Woodside | 21/10/2005 |
Clough and JV partner, AMEC sign an Engineering Services Contract (ESC) with Woodside Energy Ltd, of Australia. In July 2005, Clough AMEC was provisionally selected by Woodside and has now completed the final stage of the selection process by formalising the agreement. Under the agreement, Clough AMEC will perform a three year contract with an option for Woodside to extend the project for five years.  |

Foster Wheeler Italiana S.p.A. awarded EPC contract for the addition of a second processing line at Lomellina Energia's existing waste-to-energy plant at Parona, Italy. Foster Wheeler will undertake basic design, detailed engineering, materials supply, construction and erection works, commissioning and start-up on a lump-sum turnkey basis.  |
