| Chevron Nigeria Kidnapping Incident | 07/05/2007 |
Chevron Nigeria Limited oil vessel boarded by militants offshore Nigeria's Bayelsa state on 1 May. Nigerian government security forces suffered casualties during the incident, and six Chevron employees have been taken hostage.  |
| AMEC Wins Support Services Contract in Saudi Arabia | 30/05/2007 |
AMEC awarded five year support services contract by Saudi Aramco to support its massive development programme in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an important strategic step providing a significant bridgehead from which AMEC will look to grow further select opportunities within Saudi Arabia. AMEC's local subsidiary company, King Wilkinson Saudi Arabia Ltd, will provide initially up to 250 technical and administration personnel and this total may increase over time.  |

KBR announces founding of KBR Nigeria Ltd. in Lagos, Nigeria. The establishment of KBR Nigeria Ltd. will enable KBR to more fully support its Nigerian customers and further its commitment to meeting the country's goals for increased local content. KBR has a 30-year history working in Nigeria and a continuous presence for the last 15 years, which includes ongoing EPC work for the country's major LNG projects and for its first GTL facility.  |
