Acergy UK agrees deal with Stewart Milne Group for multi-million pound campus development in prestigious Westhill Business Park on the outskirts of Aberdeen. Acergy employs around 500 personnel at its current base in Bucksburn, Aberdeen. The company will move and expand into its own specially designed multi-purpose campus with potential to house 800 staff.  |

| Big Boost For Business As EU Trade Barriers Slashed | 15/11/2006 |
| Trade barriers within the European Union dealt fatal blow today as European Parliament agreed the EU Services Directive. The landmark agreement will be worth up to £5 billion a year to the UK economy and create up to 135,000 jobs. The EU Directive on Services in the internal market will cut red tape across the EU making it easier for service providers, particularly small and medium sized enterprises, to set up and offer services in other Member States. |

| Several people rescured from North Sea after Bristow helicopter crashes. The twin-engined Super Puma ditched near the Dutch port of Den Helder, however rescuers pulled everyone out of the wreckage and the water. |

The office will employ 200 professionals including approximately 100 new hires. Fluor will move into the new space Monday 18 December. |
