| Jacobs to Provide Services at Glendoe Hydroelectric Scheme | 15/03/2006 |
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. subsidiary receives contract to provide range of services on major new hydroelectric power project in the Scottish highlands. The Glendoe scheme, to be built near Fort Augustus, Invernessshire, by Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE), will be the first major conventional hydropower scheme to be constructed in the U.K. since 1957.  |
| BP Contract Extension for Subsea 7 | 31/03/2006 |
Subsea 7 receives contract extension valued in excess of US $160M by BP Exploration Operating Co. Ltd. for subsea construction services. The contract, announced in January 2006 has been extended from current two year term to five years and will now run through until 31 December 2011. Over 100 Subsea 7 personnel both onshore and offshore will be employed in the provision of these services for BP.  |
| Jacobs Awarded Pfizer Contract | 31/03/2006 |
Jacobs subsidiary awarded contract to provide engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services at Pfizer Limited's site at Sandwich in Kent, England. Project involves design and construction of a thermal oxidizer unit (TOU) to collect and pretreat vent emissions from five production areas. Jacobs completed the front-end engineering design for the TOU project in December 2005.  |
| Foster Wheeler Awarded Project at Khabarovsk Refinery | 03/04/2006 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's UK subsidiary Foster Wheeler Energy Limited, part of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, awarded contract by OJSC "Oil Company Alliance" to provide management and engineering services for hydroprocessing project at Khabarovsk refinery in eastern Russia. Project comprises management and engineering services for major expansion to existing refinery at Khabarovsk to increase plant capacity, improve performance and address international and Russian requirements to reduce sulfur content of kerosene and diesel products.  |

Wood Group Engineering (North Sea), (WGENS) subsidiary of John Wood Group PLC ('Wood Group'), receives Letter of Intent from Statoil ASA for pre-FEED engineering for gas treatment works planned for the Heidrun platform in the Norwegian Continental Shelf.  |
| AMEC's MOD Contract Award Creates 250 Jobs at Faslane | 17/04/2006 |
More than 250 jobs are to be created in Inverclyde by AMEC which has won a Ministry of Defence contract to provide a new floating jetty and infrastructure provision, in support of the new Astute class submarine for HM Naval Base Clyde, at Faslane.  |
