Jacobs Engineering receives framework contract from Department for Regional Development (DRD), Water Service, Northern Ireland, to support the organisation's $380 million annual capital investment program. Jacobs services will include project management, feasibility studies, site supervision, hydraulic modeling, and business economics.  |

Halliburton's Production Optimisation Division awarded contracts by four Shell Exploration and Production companies in Europe to provide completion products and services for oil and gas operations in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Norway and Ireland.  |
| Foster Wheeler Wins Basic Engineering Design Contract from Invista | 18/05/2006 |
Foster Wheeler Ltd's UK subsidiary Foster Wheeler Energy Limited awarded contract to provide basic engineering design and technical services for a 40,000 metric tonnes per annum butanediol (BDO) plant for SK Corporation at Ulsan in South Korea. Foster Wheeler will undertake various elements of process and basic engineering design for the new plant from its Teesside project execution centre in the UK.  |
| Scottish & Southern Energy Plan UK's First Cleaner Coal Power Plant | 31/05/2006 |
Scottish and Southern Energy plc enters into agreement with Mitsui Babcock, Siemens and UK Coal to undertake front end engineering design of carbon capture ready 500MW cleaner coal plant at its Ferrybridge Power Station in West Yorkshire. Development of the plant would involve the 'retrofit' of a 500MW Supercritical Boiler and turbine providing a thermal cycle efficiency of more than 45%, which would be the first of its kind in the UK.  |
| Wood Group Awarded Maintenance Contract by BP | 06/06/2006 |
Wood Group Heavy Industrial Turbines Ltd ("WGHIT"), part of the Gas Turbine Services Division of international energy services company, John Wood Group PLC ("Wood Group"), awarded five year maintenance contract with BP Exploration Operating Company Ltd ("BP), worth approximately £3.5 million, to support gas turbines on the ETAP and Magnus assets in the UK North Sea.  |
| Vetco Aibel Wins Sleipner Contract for Statoil | 16/06/2006 |
Vetco Aibel awarded contract by Statoil for installation of compressor module on Sleipner B platform in the North Sea. The module will increase production of gas and condensate on the Sleipner West field. Contract won by Vetco Aibel covers engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of the 1,100 tonne module which is scheduled to be installed in 2008.  |
| Centrica to Develop UK's First Major Power Station for Five Years | 16/06/2006 |
Centrica plc announces it is investing £400 million to develop the first major power station to start construction in the UK for nearly five years. Commercial operations at the 885MW gas fired plant in Langage, Devon, are due to start during winter 2008/2009. Centrica has awarded Alstom a fixed price engineering, procurement and construction contract to develop the combined cycle gas turbine plant.  |

Scottish and Southern Energy and RockTron agree to co-operate in completion of venture which is expected to lead to the construction, at SSE's Fiddler's Ferry power station in Cheshire, of the first plant in the UK to separate the ash arising from electricity generation into constituent mineral parts for sale as cement substitute products and industrial minerals.  |

Saipem awarded 10 new offshore construction contracts valued in excess of USD 1 billion of which four are in the North Atlantic. Work awarded by Total E&P UK, Maersk Oil OG Gas, Nexen and Total Norge E&P AS.  |

Mott MacDonald appointed by npower renewables to provide engineering design on new River E Hydro-electric project. Mott MacDonald's team will be working on detailed civil design of the hydro-electric scheme.  |
| Mitsui Babcock Wins First Clean Coal Contract in the UK | 23/06/2006 |
Mitsui Babcock has secured a contract for the first application of capture ready Clean Coal technology in the UK, in an agreement with Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE) to undertake the front end engineering design of a carbon capture ready 500MW Clean Coal plant retrofit at SSE's Ferrybridge Power Station in Yorkshire.  |
| Mitsui Babcock Awarded Power Plant Contract | 23/06/2006 |
Mitsui Babcock awarded contract for steam generator and auxiliary equipment for Louisville Gas and Electric Company's (LG&E) and Kentucky Utilities' (KU) Trimble County 2 power plant in Kentucky. The 750MW supercritical Clean Coal plant will operate under high efficiency supercritical steam conditions, which provides substantial environmental benefits by improving plant efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions.  |

| Jacobs to Support Refinery Operations for Total | 29/06/2006 |
Jacobs Engineering Group subsidiary receives contract from Total UK Ltd to provide basic engineering services for the Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) portion of a new distillate hydrotreater (HDS) complex at Total's Lindsey Oil Refinery (LOR) in North East Lincolnshire. Jacobs is executing the work at the Total LOR site with support from their office in Manchester  |
| PSN Awarded First Major Contract by ConocoPhillips | 29/06/2006 |
Aberdeen based Production Services Network (PSN) awarded UK North Sea contract by ConocoPhillips worth approximately £100million over five years. This is a renewal of an existing contract awarded originally to KBR Production Services. PSN was established on 1 May when the management of KBR Production Services established ownership of the Haliburton subsidiary in a deal worth more than £150million.  |
