The contract award from Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power Company, Ltd., owners of the plants includes modifications to the refueling machine, fuel transfer system, and spent fuel machine.  |

Marathon Oil Corporation plans to issue a request for proposals (RFP) to engage interested parties in a process that could lead to a Canadian oil sands venture. The Company also announced that it has awarded a front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract to Fluor Corporation for a proposed heavy oil upgrading project at the Company's 100,000 barrel per day (bpd) Detroit refinery, and that it is undertaking a feasibility study for a similar upgrading project at the Company's 222,000 bpd Catlettsburg, Ky., refinery.  |

ExxonMobil Chemical planning major expansion of halobutyl manufacturing at its plant in Baytown, Texas. The U.S. facility will increase capacity to produce Exxon Bromobutyl rubber by 60 percent by modifying existing equipment and adding new equipment. The expansion is part of the company's commitment to satisfy strong demand and high growth in the global halobutyl rubber market and tire industry. Construction completion is anticipated during the second quarter of 2008.  |

Located in approximately 800 m of water off the North West shelf of Australia, Stybarrow will be the deepest subsea production system in Australia to date. Petrofac awarded US$400 million lump sum turnkey contract by BG Tunisia Limited (BGT*) and Entreprise Tunisienne D'Activités Pétrolières (ETAP), the Tunisian state-owned oil and gas exploration and production company, to build the new Hasdrubal onshore gas processing facility and the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production facility. The facility will be located on the Tunisian coast between La Skhira and Sfax in Tunisia and is scheduled for completion in 2009.  |

TransCanada Corporation awarded a 20-year Clean Energy Supply contract by Ontario Power Authority (OPA) to build, own and operate 683 megawatt (MW) natural gas-fired power plant near the Town of Halton Hills, Ontario. TransCanada expects to invest approximately $670 million in Halton Hills Generating Station (HHGS) anticipated to be in service in second quarter of 2010.  |

ABB sign frame agreements with Shell and Qatar Petroleum to supply equipment for Pearl GTL, the world's largest Gas to Liquids (GTL) complex at Ras Laffan, Qatar. As part of a contract booked in the third quarter, ABB will supply all of the Pearl GTL plant's switchgear (132 kilovolt (kV), 33kV, 11/6.6kV and low voltage) as well as the electrical control system.  |

Veolia Environnement and Total announce Osilub, a joint venture to develop a sustainable used motor oil recycling business. As part of this initiative, Osilub will build a 120,000-metric-ton-per-year plant in Grand-Quevilly in the autonomous port zone of Rouen, France, to re-refine used motor oil into reusable petroleum products, including base stock of the same high quality as virgin oil.  |
| E.ON Planning Wind Farm In North Sea | 04/12/2006 |
E.ON plan to build large offshore wind farm in the North Sea. Announced by the company today at the 5th Maritime Conference of the German Environment Ministry in Hamburg, the wind farm will be built roughly 40 kilometers (approx. 25 miles) to the northwest of the East Frisian island of Juist.  |

| Statoil To Deliver Subsea Systems For Gjøa | 07/12/2006 |
As development operator for North Sea Gjøa field, Statoil signs contract with FMC Technologies for delivery of subsea systems to Gjøa on behalf of the licence partners. FMC Technologies will deliver 14 Xmas trees and five subsea templates with manifolds. The contract also includes production control systems, workover systems for well interventions and an option for umbilicals.  |
| E.ON Builds Modern CCGT Plant In Hungary | 07/12/2006 |
E.ON will build modern, environmentally sound combined-cycle gas turbine plant in the Hungarian city of Gönyü. The plant is expected to come on stream in 2010 with a capacity of 400 megawatts. With an efficiency of 58 percent, Gönyü will be one of the world's most efficient power plants and meet the most stringent environmental standards.  |
| Total Finalises Acquisition of 16.7% of Second Train of Qatargas II | 11/12/2006 |
Total announces the signing of the final agreement formalising the acquisition by Total of a 16.7% equity participating interest in the second train of Qatargas II. This agreement follows the signature of sale and purchase agreements under which Total will purchase up to 5.2 million metric tonnes of LNG per year from Qatargas II for a period of 25 years.  |

Technip awarded Sonangol P&P contract worth approximately $70 million for Gimboa field development. The Gimboa field is located 85 km offshore the Angolan cost, in the block 4, in 680 m water depth. Norsk Hydro, ACR (Angola Consulting Resources) and SOMOIL (Sociedade Petrolefira Angolana) are also partners of the project.  |

Technip awarded contract by Mariner Energy, Inc. for fabrication and installation of subsea flowline(1) and risers(2) for the Bass Lite development in the Gulf of Mexico.
The contract includes engineering, procurement, fabrication and installation of a steel flowline. Detailed engineering and project management will be performed at Technip's operations and engineering center in Houston, Texas. Assembly of the flowline and SCRs will take place at Technip's spoolbase located in Mobile, Alabama.  |
| Westinghouse / Shaw Consortium Selected for China Nuclear New Build Program | 19/12/2006 |
Shaw Group Inc. announces that the People's Republic of China's State Nuclear Power Technology Company (SNPTC) has selected the Westinghouse/Shaw Consortium and Westinghouse's AP1000 passive Generation III technology as the basis for four new nuclear power plants to be constructed in China. The AP1000 Consortium will begin working closely with SNPTC to negotiate final contract details with implementation of the new build program expected to begin in early 2007.  |

Technip awarded contract by Map Ta Phut Olefins Co. Ltd. (MOC, a joint venture between Siam Cement Group and DOW Chemicals) for construction of the furnace section of a steamcracker located in Map Ta Phut, Thailand. The lumpsum turnkey contract, worth approximately $150 million, covers basic and detailed engineering, procurement and supply of materials, construction, pre-commissioning, and training of the owner's personnel.  |

| AMEC Berca Indonesia Wins Oil & Gas Engineering Contracts | 19/12/2006 |
AMEC Berca Indonesia (ABI), AMEC's wholly Indonesian joint venture company with CCM Group, based in Jakarta, awarded two oil and gas engineering contracts in Indonesia.
The first is for Premier Oil Natuna Sea BV, who will be carrying out production capacity enhancement and upgrade projects to its West Natuna facilities. ABI's scope of work will include provision of basic and detailed brownfield engineering services. The second contract is for onshore engineering and design work on TOTAL E&P Indonesie's Tatun Oily Water Platform.  |
